PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT

  • Please schedule your appointments as early as possible. Scheduling ahead of time ensures you are scheduled for the day and time that works best for you.

  • Bring as few personal items as possible and NO guests.

  • Be sure to BRING a MASK or face covering with you. Everyone who enters the Building must wear a secure/stationary mask or face covering. The term “Face Covering” includes non-medical-grade masks; such as scarves and bandanas that fully cover a person’s nose and mouth.

WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL

  • Before your arrival please fill out the Covid-19 form. Please fill it out on the day of your visit. You can find this form on your profile or in your reminder text messages or emails.

  • Text me upon your arrival and wait in your vehicle or waiting area.

  • Once you have entered, wash your hands immediately.

  • I will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer. Those individuals with a temperature of 100.3 and lower will be permitted to receive their service. Those individuals with a temperature of 100.4 and higher will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Please note: All of the above is required for entry. There will be no exceptions.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Things that haven't changed:

  • Services are by appointment only.

  • 1:1 private salon setting.

  • All surfaces, implements, and equipment will be sanitized and disinfected between each client using an EPA-approved disinfectant.

  • All other items will be discarded and disposed of.

  • My hands will be washed and sanitized between every client.

  • I will wear gloves throughout the entire service.


New safety measures:

  • I love all you guys but no hugs for now.

  • No coffee or other beverages will be served.

  • Masks are required for both you and I throughout the service.

  • No swatches will be available for colors, I will assist with polish selections.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel/Reschedule for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation.

  • No shows will be charged 100% of the service price for not showing up.

    REFUND POLICY

  • CERTIFIED NAILS PRIDE OURSELVES ON PROVIDING OUR CLIENTS WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. 

    We do not issue refunds on salon services or gift cards. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your Nails can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the tech who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost, only within two days of the initial service.

As Covid-19 cases rise here in Indiana, Certified Nails primary focus is the health and safety of everyone.

The benefit of coming to the Certified Nails is that the salon is in a 1:1 setting and I can personally control the number of clients I see in a day to reduce exposure and the transmission of Covid-19.

Beyond the protocols of how I/we conduct ourselves in the salon, I believe it is also important for you to know that I am taking this situation very seriously in my own life. I am not traveling, I do not go to parties or attend large gatherings, I limit my exposure to the public.

In closing, I want to reiterate that this is how I am conducting myself, by choice, to ensure your continued trust and confidence in me. I am not asking that you live your life in the same way, but I do expect you to have the same respect and sense of responsibility for me, my family, and all of my other clients. Please schedule your future appointments accordingly.
